Recovery is a mission.
Command it.

Recovery Command™ is a digital rehabilitation platform that measures the six things clinicians and case managers actually care about — recovery, function, reintegration, readiness, purpose, and sustainable participation in life.

Why we built this

“The hardest part wasn't the injury. It was the eleven months afterward, when nobody could see what I was carrying.”
— Former infantry medic, 2024 pilot cohort

Framework

Six domains. One picture of a life being rebuilt.

01

Recovery

Track sleep, pain, mood, and physiological load in one signal — not a symptom checklist.

02

Function

Measure what your body and mind can actually do this week, at home and at work.

03

Reintegration

Structured return-to-life protocols with family, community, and workplace milestones.

04

Readiness

A daily readiness score built from load, recovery, and context — never a single number.

05

Purpose

Values-based goal setting that anchors daily action to what recovery is actually for.

06

Participation

Sustainable engagement in work, service, and relationships — the outcome that matters.

How it works

A daily rhythm, not another to-do list.

Three minutes in the morning. Three in the evening. Your clinician, case manager, or peer sees the same picture you do — no dashboards, no jargon, no surprise setbacks.

  1. 01

    Check in

Voice, tap, or a single slider. Whatever you can manage today.

  2. 02

    See the signal

One number, three colors. Green: push. Amber: pace. Red: recover.

  3. 03

    Take the next step

One clear action, tied to a value that matters to you.

  4. 04

    Share the picture

Clinicians and case managers see trends, not a data dump.

Built for

Four people at the same table, finally reading the same page.

Veterans

Post-service transition, chronic pain, PTSD, and the quiet grind of finding purpose after the uniform.

First responders

Shift load, cumulative trauma, and returning to the truck without hiding what the last call cost you.

Injured workers

A structured path back to duty that your case manager, GP, and employer can all follow together.

Clinicians & case managers

One dashboard, real-world signals between visits, and less time chasing self-report forms.

Voices from the field

Why the people we built this with keep showing up.

"For the first time in three years my physio, my psych and I are looking at the same picture. That alone changed the tone of every appointment."
Army Veteran · chronic pain + PTSD
"The readiness score gives me permission to pace. Green days I push. Red days I stop apologising for."
Paramedic · 14 years on road
"I stopped chasing symptom checklists. I get a two-week trend before every session and we go straight to what actually moved."
Rehab clinician · MSK + trauma

FAQ

Straight answers, before you sign up.

Missing something? Ask us directly — the founding team reads every reply.

Is Recovery Command a replacement for my clinician?
No. It's the connective tissue between visits. Your clinician, case manager, or peer support keeps their role — we just make sure they see the same picture you do.
Who owns my data?
You do. You choose which care team members see what, you can revoke access with one click, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
How long does a daily check-in take?
Under 60 seconds on a bad day. Three minutes if you want to log a full picture. It's designed for someone who's already exhausted.
Is it evidence-based?
The six-domain framework draws on established rehab, sports-science, and trauma-informed care literature. We're running validation studies with clinicians now — join the waitlist to see the protocols.
What does it cost?
Free during early access. Long-term we're building for insurers, workers' comp schemes, and DVA-style funders to pay — not the person recovering.
